The present invention relates to a coagulant composition for water treatment. Specifically, the present invention relates to a coagulant composition for water treatment, particularly containing sodium aluminum silicate as an active ingredient among aluminosilicates. The present invention further relates to a pH adjusting agent, and a water treatment method using the same. The coagulant composition can be used alone or in combination with other coagulants as an assistive coagulant, and can effectively purify raw water such as purified water or wastewater due to excellent floc formation and sedimentation effects in raw water containing a large amount of algae or organic matters, thereby being useful for improving turbidity, suspended solid (SS), total P (T-P), and chemical oxygen demand (COD).
