The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting natural frequency of a wind power generator, which comprises: a base module fixed to cover an outer circumferential surface of a wind power generator tower and having a male screw; and a frequency adjusting module screwed with the male screw of the base module and rotated by wind power. Natural frequency of the tower can be changed in accordance with the height of the frequency adjusting module. Accordingly, the frequency adjusting module can move between an upper portion and a lower portion of the tower by the wind power to change the natural frequency of the wind power generator. Therefore, resonance of the wind power generator can be prevented.
