METHOD OF CREATING AND MAINTAINING MULTI-MANAGER EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

A system and method for establishing and maintaining multi-manager listed index funds. An embodiment of the method includes receiving a plurality of model portfolios that are set by different portfolio managers and identify a plurality of assets traded on a stock exchange. The portfolio composition file is set based at least in part on at least a portion of the model portfolio. The portfolio composition file identifies the set of constituent assets traded on the stock exchange. One or more designated securities sellers are authorized to trade a set of constituent assets on the basis of a unit of a listed index fund. The setting unit includes at least one stock that can be traded on the stock exchange by both the specified securities seller (s) and the investor.
