The present invention relates to a pedestal for reducing an assembly tolerance of an access floor. According to the pedestal of the present invention, in a clean room, a computer room, a hospital, and an office room, concrete slab of the buildings can be spaced from a floor panel or from a ceiling panel thereof to form a space for connecting a wire or a pipe. More specifically, according to the present invention, an assembly protrusion and an assembly hole, a protrusion and a protruding groove, and a coupling structure using a V-shaped concave unit can be introduced to a coupling unit of a head for forming the pedestal and to a horizontal supporting frame coupled to the coupling unit. Therefore, shaking in accordance with a processing error between the coupling unit and the horizontal supporting frame can be prevented, thereby increasing construction performance and stability of the access floor.
