Provided is a hygienic oil press. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hygienic oil press is a machine to extract oil from seed of crops or fruits, allowing a user to cleanly wash the whole oil press after oil extraction. The oil press, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is designed to be washed with water as a food processor, and has a simple structure and minimized numbers and types components while all components can be disassembled and washed. Particularly, parts which can not be cleaned in a fine hole area is completely solved by structural innovation and division of elements. So far, no machine has the structure capable of being washed.
