The present invention relates to a prefabricated retaining wall block of precast concrete, comprising: a bottom member installed on a ground or a foundation; a vertical member vertically engaged to a top surface of the bottom member to support rear soil from a front side; and a support member engaged to a rear side of the vertical member to support the vertical member, a lower portion of the support member being fixed to the top surface of the bottom member by a fixing member. The fixing member has a first fixing plate fixed to the top surface of the bottom plate and formed with a plurality of first through-holes, a second fixing plate being brought into contact with the top surface of the first fixing plate and formed with a plurality of a plurality of second through-holes at positions corresponding to the first through-holes, and a fixing bolt penetrating the first and second through-holes to fix the first and second fixing plates, and a support member is firmly connected to each other by an engaging member and a fixing member to stably support earth pressure of soil to be supported. The bottom member, vertical member and the support member are firmly engaged to each other by the engaging member and the fixing member to secure sufficient strength and support power, so that it is possible to stably support pressure applied from the rear soil, thereby preventing accident caused by solid collapse.
