According to the present invention, a foaming agent masterbatch production apparatus comprises: a pressurized mixing part for forming a mixture by mixing, using a rotor, a raw material containing an additive, a foaming agent, and a resin component in a mixing tank while pressurizing by a pressurizing plate; a mixing extrusion part extruding and mixing the mixture after supplied with the mixture from the pressurized mixing part and continuously forming an extruded product having a long and lump-like shape with size of a sheet or a banana; and an extrusion molding part extruding the long and lump-like shape with size of the sheet or the banana continuously supplied from the mixing extrusion part through a head adapter. The mixing extrusion part further includes: a twin conical screw feeder extruding and supplying the mixture from the pressurized mixing part; and a twin screw mixing extruder mixing the extruded product supplied from the twin conical screw feeder.
