According to the present invention, a method for evaluating immunity of peripheral blood by using distribution difference of immune cells in cancer patient′s peripheral blood and normal person′s blood and providing information of cancer occurrence by using the same comprises the following steps: (A) analyzing cell size and degree of immune cells being wrinkled in peripheral blood and classifying lymphocytes; (B) dyeing markers of the lymphocytes in at least one combination of antibodies and analyzing distribution of the immune cells in cancer patient′s peripheral blood and normal person′s blood; (C) determining significant combination of significant markers which can exhibit sensitivity and specificity enough to enable a user to diagnose or classify a cancer patient and a normal person to determine cancer occurrence between a cancer patient and normal person; and (D) diagnosing cancer occurrence by measuring immunity per blood unit by using the marker without using a coefficient of a natural killer cell obtained by using a parenchymatous cell analyzer or a cell coefficient device.
