According to the present invention, provided is a white smoke and smog removing apparatus which includes: a housing which has a horizontal tubular structure, sucks white smoke or smog through a suction port in one end thereof and discharges a fluid through an outlet in the other end thereof; a plurality of mist spraying units which are configured in the rear end part of the suction port of the housing and spray water or mist into the white smoke or smog sucked through the suction port to allow sedimentation and removal of the white smoke or smog particles through a droplet growth; an anion spraying unit which allows the sedimentation and removal of the white smoke or smog particles by the combination of the anions and the white smoke or smog particles which are not removed by the mist spraying unit by spraying anions to a droplet growth space in a state in which the anion spraying unit is formed on the outer side of the housing; and an adsorption unit which is configured in the rear end part of the anion spraying unit inside the housing and adsorbs the white smoke or smog particles discharged toward the outlet of the housing through a suction fan. Accordingly, the present invention can quickly remove the white smoke or smog and prevent a back flow.
