The present invention provides a white smoke and mist removing device. The white smoke and mist removing device comprises: a heat exchange unit which heats air to generate dry air and condensation nuclei; a spray unit which is connected to the heat exchange unit by a connection pipe to receive the dry air and condensation nuclei generated in the heat exchange unit and to spray the same by using a powerful wind pressure to a distant location where white smoke or mist is generated; a condensation nucleus anion generation unit which is configured on one side inside the connection pipe connecting the heat exchange unit and the spray unit to generate anions and generate anionized condensation nuclei by combining the generated anions and condensation nuclei; a dust collecting filter unit which is installed on the heat exchange unit or between the heat exchange unit and the connection pipe to filter particulate matters in the dry air; a moisture removing filter unit which is formed at a rear end of the spray unit to remove moisture when drawing in air from ambient atmosphere; a housing which includes the heat exchange unit, the connection pipe, the spray unit, the dust collecting filter unit and the moisture removing filter unit installed and configured in a compact manner therein, and is configured to be movable by means of a caster on a lower side surface thereof; and a flexible tube which has a predetermined length and communicates with the spray unit at a lower side surface outside the housing corresponding to a front end of the spray unit.
