The present invention relates to a peptide probe useful for early diagnosis and detection of vibrio cholorotoxin, and a biochip using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a molecular recognition peptide probe capable of high specificity and highly selective binding to cholorotoxin subunit B (ctxB), which is a target biomarker for early diagnosis of vibrio cholorotoxin, and a biochip using the same.It can be used for treatment and prognosis determination including early diagnosis and detection of vibrio cholera toxin.
