The present invention relates to a ventilator using wind power induced by a direction key and a non-powered fan power generation system. According to the present invention, external wind which is irregular and multi-directional is constantly and uniformly divided by stator blades. By increasing the speed of the wind and guiding the wind to rotor blades, stable and efficient wind power can be obtained. When a typhoon or the strong wind blows, by adding an air volume adjusting member, the amount of air flowing into a turbo fan is reduced, so damage to the rotor blades can be prevented, and the turbo fan can be stably operated.
