In the present invention, provided is a convalescence care system using a smart mirror. The convalescence care system can comprehensively care for patients with health and mental conditions. According to the present invention, the convalescence care system using a smart mirror comprises: the smart mirror on which the elderly or infirm person′s appearance is reflected; an elderly or infirm person identification unit which is installed on one side of the smart mirror and identifies the elderly or infirm person who approaches the same; a control unit which receives the elderly or infirm person′s information, identified and checked by the elderly or infirm person identification unit, collects the elderly or infirm person′s health information, measured by a medical measurement device arranged in a location close to the smart mirror, and outputs the collected elderly or infirm person′s health information; a display unit which is installed on the smart mirror and displays the elderly or infirm person′s health information by control of the control unit; an image message communications reception unit which receives an image message communications signal from a guardian′s mobile terminal; a signal conversion unit which converts the image message communications signal into a display image signal and transmits the same to the control unit; and a management server which registers the elderly or infirm person′s information, stores the elderly or infirm person′s information, and provides the stored elderly or infirm person′s information to a guardian who accesses the system through the Internet.
