The present invention relates to a tip injection apparatus for improving air compressor performance and improving operation stability, comprising: a mixing duct for guiding outside air sucked into an impeller; a second duct which is provided on the outer periphery of the mixing duct and forms a secondary suction passage for sucking the outside air to a tip unit of the impeller; and a first duct provided on the outer periphery of a second duct to form a primary injection hole for injecting high velocity gas into the secondary suction passage. Through the above-described structure, the present invention can improve compression efficiency of the air compressor by activating a low momentum flow on the wall surface of the suction passage, ensure the operation stability of the air compressor, and improve a surge margin.
