The present invention relates to a pedicle screw using bone cement, which comprises: a spherical ball joint; a main body extended to a certain length from the ball joint to form screw threads along an outer circumferential surface, and fixated to a vertebral body; an injection hole formed within the ball joint in the longitudinal direction of the main body from an outer surface of the ball joint to be filled with bone cement; and one or more synostosis slots communicating with the injection hole, formed to pass through an outer side of the main body and having a predetermined width and a predetermined length for synostosis between the bone cement, discharged through the injection hole, and an internal tissue of the vertebral body, wherein the synostosis slot has the length which is the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the main body and greater than the width, thereby promoting the synostosis and firmly maintaining a first treatment state.
