The present invention provides an objective lens assembly of which a working distance is long and a phase contrast microscope including the same. According to the present invention, the objective lens assembly comprises in order from an object side a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group, a phase plate, a fourth lens group, a fifth lens group, a sixth lens group, and a seventh lens group. The first, second, and third lens groups have positive refractive power. The fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh lens groups have negative refractive power.
