The present invention is divided into a sensing unit and a notification unit. The sensing unit classifies light collected by a collection lens with a red light sensor and a yellow light sensor so that a driver previously and visually predicts road conditions inside a tunnel and road conditions and drives through the notification unit, thereby a collision accident rate to minimize the losses of life and capital. Also, the drive can clearly confirm by using an LED lamp with high illuminance and high luminance instead of a conventional indirect type and facility maintenance costs can be saved because a conventional discharge lamp is not used.
