The present invention provides Lactococcus lactis subspecies lactis isolated strain WFLU-12 having the accession number of KCTC13180BP and uses thereof. The present invention provides the isolated strain which exhibits excellent antimicrobial activity against pathogenic bacteria and can be used in a probiotic composition to enhance innate immune response and promote fish body growth.
