The present invention relates to a system for treating a nonpoint pollution source of initial rainwater. More specifically, the system for treating a nonpoint pollution source of initial rainwater easily removes and collects a nonpoint pollution source included in initial rainwater and discharges the initial rainwater from which the nonpoint pollution source is removed. The system for treating a nonpoint pollution source of initial rainwater comprises: a housing having a space, in which articles can be contained, formed on an inner side; an inlet passage provided to receive initial rainwater; a trench cover provided to prevent foreign matters from flowing into a lower portion of the inlet passage; a water storage tank connected with the inlet passage; a supply barrier wall; a discharge slanted portion; an overflow rainwater passage having a plurality of discharge portions; a fixing portion having a plurality of rainwater filter holding grooves; rainwater filters each of which is respectively inserted into the rainwater filter holding grooves; a foreign matter discharge valve provided to discharge the foreign matters accumulated in the water storage tank; and a rainwater discharge valve provided to discharge the initial rainwater that has passed through the discharge slanted portion.
