The present invention relates to a filtering apparatus for removing pollutants in stormwater, and more specifically, to the lateral-flow type filtering apparatus for filtering stormwater when stormwater flows in a lateral direction, thereby discharging the remaining water on the bottom via a stormwater pipe and preventing pollutants from accumulating on the filtering apparatus, and to a first flush stormwater treatment apparatus using the same.
