The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting a tissue during a photoacoustic surgery by using a waterproof PDMS scanner and a method for acquiring a photoacoustic image by using the same, wherein the apparatus comprises: a light source module; a scan module; and a control module. The scan module is characterized in that a tissue sample detached by a surgical operation during a surgery is placed on a sample holder of a tissue inspection device and then is placed in contact with a transparent window to acquire a cell image. A surgery time can be reduced.
