The evacuation guiding apparatus for a fire event comprises: a case main body (11); a support (12) arranged on a left side of a rotation device accommodation unit (11a); a case (10) comprises a first air channel unit (13c), an opaque unit, and a second air channel unit (13d), has a cover (13) made of a flame-retardant material, and is installed on a ceiling (1); a rotation body (21) which has an air movement unit (21b) and has a left side inserted, to be able to be rotated, in an insertion unit (12b) of the case (10); a light guide body (22) arranged under the rotation body (21); a rotation device (20) which has a plurality of heat dissipating pins (23); a support (41); an alarming device (40) which has an alarm bell (42); a fire sensor (50) which is installed on a lower portion of the case (10); a smoke removing fan (80) which moves smoke; a plurality of ultrasonic sensors (100) which output human body sensing signals; a speaker (110) which is installed under the ceiling (1) and outputs voice for guiding an evacuation direction; a driving device (30); a light emitting device (60); an air supply device (70); and a control unit (90) which enables a voice for guiding the evacuation direction to be output by a speaker (110).
