The present invention provides an apparatus for efficiently sorting fruits provided with branches during red pepper harvest season. According to the present invention, provided is a red pepper sorting device during a red pepper harvest season, which is capable of selecting only red peppers from harvested crops in a sorting device desorption part, including: a first sorting part for crushing a relatively larger branch than the red pepper in the harvested crops supplied from the desorption part; and a second sorting part for picking only the red pepper among the harvested crops crushed in the first sorting part and for separating the remaining crops. The second sorting part includes a plurality of first sorting rollers, and a plurality of second sorting rollers arranged to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance between the first sorting rollers. The first and second sorting rollers are rotated in opposite directions so that the red pepper is transferred in one direction and the remaining crops are dropped downwardly between the first and second sorting rollers. The first sorting part includes a sorting conveyor for receiving and conveying the harvested crops from the desorption part, and a plurality of crushing rollers provided on an upper portion of the sorting conveyor and having a plurality of feeders on an outer surface thereof. Thus, as the crops pass between the crushing rollers, the red peppers are separated while the crops are being broken to be small.
