The present invention relates to a real-time simulation system for preventing motion sickness. The real-time simulation system includes: an input unit (101) for transferring sensor values of a VR device and a controller to a 3D object to synchronize the values; a 3D object processing unit (102) for implementing a controller cursor of a user interaction in a form of a 3D object like a stereoscopic stick; a transparency adjustment processing unit (103) for processing, in steps, transparency adjustment of a UI expressed in a virtual environment and automatically adjusting transparency by calculating a brightness contrast according to brightness of a 3D virtual environment; an automatic character movement processing unit (104) for automatically moving a 3D character of a first person view along a predetermined path according to a mission and preventing increase of speed in movement of a screen as a user directly controls 3D content; and a control unit (105) for controlling the input unit (101), the 3D object processing unit (102), the transparency adjustment processing unit (103) and the automatic character movement processing unit (104) and providing an operation or data requested by the input unit (101), the 3D object processing unit (102), the transparency adjustment processing unit (103) or the automatic character movement processing unit (104). The present invention has advantages of 1) increasing accuracy of the VR content simulation system, 2) reducing cognitive dissonance, 3) increasing an effect of visual experience, and 4) automatically adjusting transparency of a UI and making a user interaction process simple.
