The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing heat-generating fabric by using glass fiber with a carbon bonding rate increased by modifying a surface wherein, more specifically, a carbon bonding rate can be increased and a resistance range of glass fiber can be stabilized. The method for manufacturing heat-generating fabric by using glass fiber with a carbon bonding rate increased by modifying a surface comprises the following steps: (a) preparing colloidalized carbon paste; (b) performing preprocessing to remove residue from the surface of raw yarn of the glass fiber; (c) performing carbon coating to form a film on the glass fiber, washed with distilled water or alcohol and dried to remove moisture, after step (b); (d) drying the glass fiber and winding the glass fiber around a roller after step (c); (e) weaving the glass fiber; (f) coating a conductive portion of the woven glass fiber with a carbon solution; (g) performing insulation treatment by coating a surface of the resulting product of step (f) with a synthetic resin; and (h) connecting an electric wire after step (g).
