The present invention relates to a system to integrally control docking of a vessel based on Internet of things (IoT), automatically docking a vessel mooring inside a dock to an underwater platform. According to the present invention, the system to integrally control docking of a vessel comprises: a plurality of IoT composite sensors to transmit a signal detecting locations of a platform and a vessel, an underwater condition, and a weather condition; a plurality of transmitting/receiving devices including a receiving device to receive the signal transmitted from the IoT composite sensors through a wired/wireless network; a plurality of multi-router systems receiving measurement data from the transmitting/receiving devices wirelessly to access a wireless communication network; and a management server connected to the receiving devices and the multi-router systems through the wireless communication network to receive the measurement data, and analyzing and monitoring location information of the platform and the vessel in real-time to automatically control docking between the vessel and the platform.
