The present invention provides a high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising: 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 20 to 60 parts by weight of recycled aspha 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a rubber-modified polyurethane resin; 2 to 15 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent for rubber; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a temperature-sensitive reinforcing agent; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of biomass; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-sagging agent; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; and 3 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion improver, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt. The high-grade waterproof asphalt concrete composition of the present invention has a high cohesive force and a high bonding force to display excellent waterproofness with a high PG performance grade (PG 82-34) and good durability, has little plastic deformation, aging and/or exfoliation, prevents infiltration water and porthole, reduces noises and allows cast-in-place at low costs.
