Disclosed are an output measuring system and an output measuring method for a large-sized low-speed two stroke engine for measuring output of the engine during one cycle. The output measuring system for a large-sized low-speed two stroke engine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressure sensor unit for detecting individual combustion pressure of each of cylinders; an angle sensor unit for detecting a rotational angle of a crank shaft when Z pulse coincides with an actual top dead center (TDC) of a predetermined reference cylinder; and an output measuring unit, which collects combustion pressure by a rotational angle of the crank shaft with respect to each cylinder from the pressure sensor unit and the angle sensor unit, indicates a plurality of graphs of a pressure variation rate by the rotational angle of the crank shaft with respect to the cylinder, checks a location of compression TDC and a loss angle of the reference cylinder from the plurality of graphs and adjust a rotational angle detection time of the crank shaft of the angle sensor unit with respect to the remaining cylinders except the reference cylinder, and measures output of each cylinder. Therefore, the output measuring system for a large-sized low-speed two stroke engine can remove an output error of each cylinder depending on a torsional error and an explosion angle error of the crank shaft, and measure correct output of the engine.
