mTOR STAT3 Nucleic acids for simultaneous inhibition of mTOR gene and STAT3 gene

The present invention relates to a nucleic acid molecule which simultaneously inhibits an expression of an mTOR gene and a STAT3 gene, and a pharmaceutical composition for anticancer comprising the same. Specifically, in order to improve low therapeutic efficacy due to a target specificity of siRNA, a double-stranded siRNA of the present invention, which is configured to simultaneously inhibit the expression of the mTOR gene and STAT3 gene associated with cancer, promotes the death of cancer cells and synergistically enhances the death of cancer cells in combination with anticancer drugs. Therefore, the nucleic acid molecule can be usefully used as an anticancer composition or anticancer adjuvant in various carcinomas.
