The present invention relates to a server-side framework device for the development of a web service application, a method of executing a web service application developed through the method, and a computer program therefor. According to the present invention, the server-side framework device includes: a control module receiving a request, including at least one command defined by a client-side framework tool for the development of a user interface or user experience, from the client-side framework tool, and providing a result value of processing the request to the client-side framework tool; a service module including at least one function written based on JAVA, processing the request by executing a function corresponding to the request received by the control module, and providing the result value to the control module; and a data access object module controlled by the function executed by the service module to execute a control function for at least one database and to return the result value to the service module. As such, since service-side processing is performed in connection with the client-side framework tool for the development of the user interface or user experience, developers are able to make the server-side operation of a web service application quick and easy without any consideration on JAVA.
