The present invention relates to a mask sheet and a mask pack using the same. More specifically, the mask sheet is eco-friendly and has electrical conductivity and antibacterial properties. According to the present invention, the mask pack includes the mask sheet which is woven with conductive fibers including a copper component and cotton fibers. The mask pack can be prepared without preservatives or with a minimum amount of preservatives therein by using the antibacterial properties of the mask sheet. The antibacterial properties of the mask sheet can be used to easily alleviate skin troubles caused by bacteria. The conductivity of the mask sheet can be used to make the mask sheet display anti-static properties while enhancing the absorbency of beneficial components by using electrical stimuli.
