The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an extract granule of an oriental herb medicine to improve constipation and an extract granule manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing an extract granule of an oriental herb medicine to improve constipation includes: an oriental herb medicine preparing and cleaning step (S100) of cleaning and removing foreign substances attached to the oriental herb medicine after preparing the oriental herb medicine; an oriental herb medicine drying step (S200) of drying the cleaned oriental herb medicine; an oriental herb medicine cutting and mixing step (S300) of cutting the dried oriental herb medicine and mixing the oriental herb medicine in a predetermined weight ratio; an oriental herb medicine heating step (S400) of heating the mixed oriental herb medicine in boiling water and manufacturing an extract; a heated concentrate manufacturing step (S500) of heating the extract after removing the oriental herb medicine from the extract heated in the boiling water; and an oriental herb medicine extract granule manufacturing step (S600) of using the heated concentrate. A plantago seed, a senns, a cinnamomum cassia blume, a peony, a licorice, a jujube, a ginger, rhubarb, and poncirus are used as the oriental herb medicine prepared in the preparing and cleaning step (S100). According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a granulated extract of an oriental herb medicine to improve constipation can effectively prevent and ease constipation symptoms without causing stomachache by manufacturing the granulated extract using the natural oriental herb medicine effective in easing constipation by facilitating peristaltic contractions in the large intestine.
