The present invention relates to a novel Pedobacter sp. strain, and more specifically, to a novel Pedobacter sp. strain, which produces a low-temperature chitinolytic enzyme exhibiting activity at the temperature of 0°C to 30°C, to a method for producing a low-temperature chitinolytic enzyme using the same, and to a microorganism preparation containing the same.
