The present invention relates to a non-contact vibration monitoring system for a small diameter pipe of a nuclear power plant capable of realizing self-vibration calibration and, more specifically, to a non-contact vibration monitoring system for a small diameter pipe of a nuclear power plant capable of realizing self-vibration calibration, measuring vibration of a structure or pipe difficult for a worker to access due to radiation exposure in the nuclear power plant, so as to predict and prevent breakage of the structure of the pipe, and quickly cope with a breakage accident when the breakage accident occurs. To this end, the system comprises: a sensor support; a sensor fixing jig installed on an upper part of the sensor support; a non-contact vibration sensor installed on the upper part of the sensor fixing jig; a contact vibration sensor installed in the sensor fixing jig to measure self-vibration of the sensor fixing jig; and a calibration calculation unit calibrating the self-vibration measured in the contact vibration sensor from a vibration value measured in the non-contact vibration sensor.
