The present invention relates to a monitoring control system using a detection device installed on a coolant pipe of a nuclear power plant, capable of detecting structural soundness of a coolant pipe against a vibration such as an earthquake and the like. According to the present invention, the monitoring control system using a detection device installed on a coolant pipe of a nuclear power plant comprises: a detection device located on a coolant pipe and a connection pipe part connecting the coolant pipe to detect the abnormality of a state of coupling the coolant pipe and the connection pipe; and a control unit receiving information on the detection performed through the detection device and determining and outputting structural soundness of the coolant pipe based on the received information.
