Artificial Retinal Stimulator and Apparatus with image jittering

The present invention relates to an artificial retinal stimulator and an artificial retina device which are for providing image jittering. An artificial retinal stimulator for providing image jittering according to the present invention comprises: a photo diode which senses photic stimulation and generates a current according to stimulation intensity; a pulse generating unit which generates a pulse for being provided to a corresponding stimulation electrode based on the current coming from the photo diode; a switch which is for connecting an output terminal of the pulse generating unit to a ground; and a jittering switch which determines if the generated pulse is transmitted to the corresponding stimulation electrode or is transmitted to a stimulation electrode corresponding to other artificial retinal stimulator. The artificial retinal stimulator according to the present invention enables a low vision patient to see images better by providing an image jittering function capable of emulating an eye blinking effect.
