The present invention provides an uninterruptable insulating cover structure for an extra-high voltage wire which easily and simply constructs an uninterruptable insulating cover to improve work efficiency, is free from an accident such as an electric shock during the construction of the uninterruptable insulating cover and is free from the electric shock due to no penetration of rainwater into the inside after the construction.
