According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a three-dimensional simulation and monitoring method for managing marine plant manufacturing processes, capable of being executed in a computing device including a main memory storing at least one processor and commands able to be executed by the processor. The discipline information includes at least one among structure, piping, machinery, equipment, facility, exterior wall, and electric instrumentation, and the performance records include at least one among welding data, installation data, FMS data, and MRP data.
