摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of measuring a lung image by using a diagnosing composition which is manufactured by a method of culturing a gold nanoparticle with macrophage and including a gold nanoparticle into macrophage and using diffuse optical spectroscopic imaging, and a method of measuring diagnosis information of a lung disease by analyzing a diffuse optical spectroscopic image. Macrophage including a gold nanoparticle of the present invention does not have a bad influence to a subject which is to be injected and moves to lungs, and thus can be used for a contrast medium of diffuse optical spectroscopic imaging which is a noninvasive measuring method for diagnosing a lung disease of a patient. Since topical inflammation of lungs and a degree thereof can be visualized in a short time with diffuse optical spectroscopic imaging which uses near-infrared rays which is harmless to human, a clinical use is anticipated.
