The present invention relates to a three-dimensional paper model kit and a method for making a paper model using the same, and specifically, to a three-dimensional paper model kit enabling a view to follow in accordance with a viewing direction and method for making a paper model using the same. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the three-dimensional paper model kit comprises: kit paper comprising multiple pieces of model paper shaping a whole or a part of a face of an animal or a person; and guide paper providing a standard when being assembled using the kit paper. The kit paper comprises: a first kit unit comprising a front base sheet performing a role of expressing brightness of the face, an outer sheet expressing the surface of the face, and a first hair sheet expressing hair; and a second kit unit comprising a rear base sheet applying a three-dimensional effect to the face, an ear forming sheet expressing ears of the paper model to be formed, and an eye forming sheet expressing eyes.
