The present invention relates to a recovery resource management method and system for disaster recovery. The method comprises: a disaster information acquisition step; a resource allocation plan derivation step; a disaster recovery request and call step; a real-time resource information collection and status grasping step; and a recovery site input step. Likewise, when a disaster such as an earthquake occurs, disaster information (a disaster location or scale) is grasped, and the type and the size of a recovery resource to be put into a recovery site are determined on the basis of the disaster information, so that the recovery resource (manpower, equipment, or the like) for a disaster site can be rapidly applied.
