The present invention relates to a sustained-release complex nanoparticle having a natural antibacterial functional substance, and a method for manufacturing the same. The sustained-release complex nanoparticle having a natural antibacterial functional substance includes excellent antimicrobial activity, antimicrobial persistence, sustained release, and biodegradability by containing a natural antimicrobial functional material, a functional optical material, an inorganic compound, and a photosensitive binder. The sustained-release complex nanoparticle having a natural antibacterial functional substance includes 2.5-10 wt% of a Chinese pepper fruit extract, 10-28 wt% of chitosan powder, 10-28 wt% of the functional optical material, 5-10 wt% of the inorganic compound, and 25-70 wt% of melanin based on the total weight of the sustained-release complex nanoparticle.
