The present invention relates to an Internet of things (IoT) based multi-input multi-output (MIMO) type living body imitation sensor node and a sensing system using the same and, more specifically, to an IoT-based MIMO type living body imitation sensor node placed in a building structure to acquire rescue response data for estimating a state of the building structure. According to the present invention, the IoT-based MIMO type living body sensor node comprises: a plurality of sensor units to measure the rescue response data of the building structure; a multi-Input/Output unit (20) to detect a plurality of kinds of rescue response data measured in the sensor unit; and a wireless communication unit (30) performing communications with a preset external terminal or a surrounding IoT based MIMO type living body imitation sensor node to transfer the various kinds of rescue response data received from the multi-Input/Output unit (20) thereto.
