The present invention relates to a drainage facility for an underground parking lot of a building and. The purpose of the present invention is to prepare a space capable of smoothly draining water in the underground parking lot, and use a space between an outer wall of concrete and an inner wall of a block type as a drainage space, thereby enabling design, construction, and use without burden of costs and cleanly maintaining the underground parking lot through rapid drainage. According to the present invention, the drainage facility for an underground parking lot of a building comprises: a first drainage path formed on the inner bottom part of a block-type inner wall which is separated at regular intervals inside a concrete outer wall; a perforated grating which covers the upper part of the first drainage path; a water collecting part which is installed in a place which does not interfere with the perforated grating in the upper part of the first drainage path, and collects water discharged along the first drainage path; a drainage induction block which is installed on the bottom part of the block-type inner wall in a manner of being combined with another block; a second drainage path which is formed between the concrete outer wall and the block-type inner wall; and a drainage inducing pipe which guides water collected in the water collecting part to the second drainage path by being circulated over the second drainage path after passing through the drainage induction block in the collecting part.
