The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition comprising a strain of Bacillus subtilis DS660 (Accession No. KCTC18521P) or a culture of the strain as an active ingredient, wherein the strain is selected from the group consisting of a surfactant, Cannabis, and bacterial cell wall lytic enzymes, and has excellent antimicrobial activity and is stable against changes in temperature and pH, and thus can be usefully used for antibacterial use.
