In the compound of the present invention, a method of producing a compound using an asymmetric Michael addition reaction using the same, and a method of preparing a phenybdate compound, the compound of the present invention is represented by the following formula 1: [Chemical Formula 1] In the above formula (1), L is or , R 1 represents hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms or a benzyl group, and R 2 represents aryl having 6 to 12 carbon atoms (wherein X represents sulfur or oxygen) R 3 represents hydrogen or an aryl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and each hydrogen of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 may be independently substituted with an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms.
