In the present invention, since a rare-earth oxide is deposited on the surface of a heat transfer pipe, a super-water-repellent surface can be realized even in a high temperature environment, and a rare-earth oxide is deposited by dipping and coating the surface of the heat transfer pipe. The present invention relates to a heat transfer pipe having a super water-repellent surface based on a rare earth oxide and capable of coating a plurality of assembled heat transfer tubes and preventing damages occurring during assembly of the heat transfer tubes after coating, and a method of manufacturing the same.
