Moreover, as the rare-earth oxide is deposited with a method of dipping and coating the surface of the heat transfer tube, a complex shape can be coated for a plurality of assembled heat transfer tubes to be coated. Therefore, damage caused in a process of assembling the heat transfer tubes after coating the heat transfer tubes can be prevented.
