The present invention relates to an evaluation method of a radiotherapy plan. According to the present invention, the evaluation method of a radiotherapy plan comprises: (a) a step (S100) of obtaining a dose distribution of a target depending on a radiation prescription dose according to an established radiotherapy plan; (b) a step (S200) of calculating a dose gradient index (GDI) of each isodose level by using the distance of a three-dimensional isodose level interval of the obtained dose distribution; and (c) a step (S300) of plotting the calculated GDI with a differential dose gradient curve (dDGC) by using each distance value. According to the present invention, each competing radiotherapy plan can be compared objectively in terms of the gradient of the dose distribution.
