The present invention relates to a method for calculating an air pollution emission amount related to ship sectors by using actual sailing information and an apparatus thereof. A conventional method limits the range of emission sources to the anchoring and docking activities of coastal freighter ships, thereby realizing only a part of the emission amount caused by the ships and generalizing the fuels being in use as heavy oil. To reduce the above-mentioned problems, the method for calculating an air pollution emission amount related to ship sectors by using actual sailing information includes the steps of: building a basic database using actual sailing information including a ship type, a type of fuel being consumed in a ship, a mooring point of a ship, and a sailing path of a ships; dividing a space in a blueprint; building blueprint data by using the basic database; calculating an air pollution emission amount in accordance with each ship type by using the blueprint data; calculating an air pollution emission amount for each space divided; and converting an emission amount calculation result to diagrams for each space in the blueprint.
